Guillermo Gefaell Chamoch\u00edn<\/strong>, Enxe\u00f1eiro Naval pola E.T.S.I.N. de Madrid dende 1977, exdecano\/presidente no Colexio e Asociaci\u00f3n de Enxe\u00f1eiros Navais e Oce\u00e1nicos de Espa\u00f1a; Membro Asociado da brit\u00e1nica Royal Institution of Naval Architects.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D. Juan Manuel L\u00f3pez V\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, Licenciado en Navegaci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima pola Escola Superior da Mari\u00f1a Mercante e Bachelor of Engineering\/Ship Science pola Universidade de Southampton, Reino Unido;Enxe\u00f1eiro de Soldadura e Tecnolox\u00edas da UE con estudos de Mec\u00e1nica de Fluidos no MIT.
